Peaceful Harbor
Oil on Canvas, 24x36", Framed with a gold and black frame.
It was sunset and the boats were anchored for the night out in the harbor at Morro Bay, California. I watched a spectacular sunset that seemed to go on and on, with the ever changing colors in the sky.
I titled the painting, "Peaceful Harbor," because I painted it during the 1st Iraq War, the beauty of nature is calming and nurturing, especially during times of extreme stress.
